DRAYCOTE 6TH AUGUST

Was out with Paul Davidson today at Draycote and had a master class on fishing the Midas. Paul was a great boat partner and shared all his knowledge and info on the Midas and the way he fishes it, which was very impressive and he was very successful. You’re never to old to learn new methods and techniques and Paul has some great ideas and is a forward thinking angler with a real dedication to the sport, top bloke. The conditions were near perfect a light breeze and overcast water temp was a bit high which made the fish a little fussy and were not that free rising, we fished dry’s all day and of course had most on the Ginger Midas but had a few on size 14 red hopper all in all a great day we finished with around 18 fish to the boat think it was 12 to my 6 but i was with the master!! lol
