GRAFHAM BEING A BIT TRICKY 1ST SEPT 2020

Out with Terry Clark and Rick today with Nick Dunn helping out with the guiding in the second boat with Terry and how things change overnight. Tim Joyce was out yesterday and had a boatload in Savages by this morning the whole area including Sanctuary bay was green and no signs of life apart from one half-hearted pull on the daddies second cast! as we headed further down the lake it became a bit better but it was the first day of the predator anglers today and the boils and that towers were packed with spinning boats! Had a double hook up near the Dam but only got one in with the other swimming away with the top dropper! good drifts were from A buoy to the Dam with some action on most drifts, was a tough day, and traveled pretty much round the hole Lake finishing off at Sanctuary which had cleared a bit by then as a small breeze got up and moved some of the green stuff! fish started moving and we had a few on the floater with foam daddies but all in all a difficult day! Terry did well in boating 3 nice fish with Nick getting 8 we had 5 to the boat. A difficult day but that’s Grafham for you switch off and on like a light switch. Good luck to Terry and Rick who are on there own for the next few days hope things pick up?
